Terms of Use

TradeAlliance ("we", "us", "the Platform") is a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms.

1. What TradeAlliance is

TradeAlliance is an introduction platform. We help buyers discover suppliers and help suppliers receive enquiries. We list products, pass on enquiries, and — where a supplier chooses to pay for it — share buyer contact details.

We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a supplier. We do not sell, buy, stock, inspect, ship or deliver any product listed on the Platform.

2. Transactions happen directly between you and the other party

Once a buyer and a supplier are connected, everything that follows is agreed directly between them, including:

• Final price, quantity, specifications and taxes
• Payment method, payment terms and invoicing
• Packaging, shipping, delivery timelines and insurance
• Warranty, returns, replacements and after-sales support

We never collect or hold payment for goods. Money for any product never passes through TradeAlliance. We therefore cannot guarantee, refund, reverse or recover any payment made between a buyer and a supplier, and we accept no liability for such payments.

3. What we charge for

The Platform is free for buyers. Suppliers may optionally pay us for Platform services only:

• Membership plans — listing limits, search priority and placement
• Lead credits — used to reveal contact details of buyers who have not contacted the supplier directly
• Product boosts — temporary promotion within search results

These are payments for access and visibility on the Platform. They are not a commission on any sale and do not make us a party to any deal. All such payments are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

• The information you provide — including company details, product listings, prices and contact numbers — is accurate and lawful.
• You will not list goods you are not legally permitted to sell, or that are prohibited or restricted under Indian law.
• You will verify the other party independently before committing money or goods. Conduct your own due diligence.
• You will not use contact details obtained on the Platform for spam, bulk marketing, or any purpose other than a genuine business enquiry.
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST where applicable to you.

5. Listings and moderation

Supplier listings are created by suppliers, not by us. We may review, edit, suspend or remove any listing, account or content at our discretion — for example where it appears misleading, unlawful or abusive. A "Verified" badge, where shown, reflects documents submitted to us; it is not a guarantee of a supplier's conduct, solvency or product quality.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from: a transaction between a buyer and a supplier; the quality, safety, legality or delivery of any product; non-payment or non-performance by either party; or any business loss, lost profit or lost opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for Platform services in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where an account is closed for a breach, unused lead credits and the remaining period of any membership plan are forfeited and are not refunded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Platform develops. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
